Day 61 & 62 + 6

On Day 61 I started on the curtains.

Trying to figure out how wide to make the tie-back...4"

2"

3"it is

Mores sewing, and there ya have it.

Too big :(  I made it 3" too long.

But it still looks really sweet from the outside.  Don't worry I will fix it, just not today.

Dad put the last coat on the sink cabinet.

And laid out the new stove.

Dad found this sign that we should have had out during the construction.

But now we need this one after working so hard :)

Day 62 brings a serious pepper picker gathering his goods for breakfast.

Banana peppers,

peppercini,

blurry serranos,

and yes, tabascco, yumm

A much happier worker after a delicious breakfast.

Setting the appliances.

Don't you just love this guy!

He really is the best!

And there ya have it.  Yup, he is going to make an new one.  I know crazy right.  Well I made him make this stove out of scrap or as Dad would call it, "crap wood".  As you can see it is darker than the sink cabinet and so he is going to make a new one out of the same lumber as the sink.

It still looks pretty sweet.

Today I did made the curtain for under the sink.  I should have made it a little longer but I don't think the girls will mind.

Of course the sink will drop in when we find one.

Oh and don't forget tea-towels (hand-towels).  I'm having just too much fun :)
