Day 50 + 5

Today Dad started on finishing the loft trim.

Grandpa is taking apart an entertainment center that will be used for the kitchen cabinets. Notice the hat?  Dad got it at an estate sale for 5.00  It is a Stetson, I know!

Ok, so Dad and I were sitting in the playhouse deciding how the kitchen will be layed out, when I noticed this...

I asked him if that was a burn mark coming out of the socket and he said very directly, "yes".  In fact he said, "it happens all the time".  He said something about a wire touching another, and well he said, "the GFI works!"

 So I have used this plug many times and it does work just fine and I have not gotten shocked, so I guess it is ok.  Oh, papa  :)
