Well it has begun.

Dad, the Architect, Grading Inspector, Project Manager, Engineer, Survey Chief...

Don't look too close at the shoes, yes they are my orange crocks.
But as you can see I was called on it and now have my osha approved sneakers.
This is the size of the house. I will need to do more grading, but this day one! Too fun!
