We made a sort of tamale pie and I thought of you Tec.
I took chillies, tomalitoes and fire roasted them, yes on the stove. 
I then pealed them and blended them into a sauce, which I poured over chicken. I them topped it with a cornmeal mixture. It was sort of a polenta and then topped that with cheese....yummmmy!
We will try it again when you get home. Love you guys!
